  • Goldsmith Consultancy is a private consultancy offering a range of services including but not limited to:

    • Medical report facilitation

    • College admissions guidance

    • Legal professional referrals

    • Property services referrals (e.g., mortgage brokers, conveyancers)

    • Accident management (including courtesy cars)

    • Personal injury and road traffic accident (RTA) claims referrals

    We act as an intermediary and facilitator, connecting clients to trusted, independent third-party professionals..

  • We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice directly. Instead, we refer clients to qualified, regulated professionals who operate independently. Goldsmith Consultancy is not responsible for the services or advice provided by third parties.

  • Where applicable, we refer clients to solicitors who operate on a no win, no fee basis. Terms of engagement will be set out directly by the solicitor. Goldsmith Consultancy is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a legal representative.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations or referrals. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by incomplete, misleading, or incorrect information provided by you.

  • We may recommend or refer you to third-party service providers. While we take reasonable steps to vet these professionals, we do not accept liability for the actions, omissions, or outcomes of their services.

    Any contractual relationship formed will be between you and the third party, not Goldsmith Consultancy.

  • In some cases, we may receive a referral fee or commission from third-party providers. This does not affect the cost of your service and will be disclosed where required.

  • We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be used only for the purpose of providing or arranging services as agreed.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldsmith Consultancy shall not be liable for:

    • Any loss or damage arising from third-party services

    • Indirect or consequential losses

    • Loss of income, opportunity, or reputation

    We do not accept liability for any claim unless it is due to our own negligence or misconduct.

  • Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed once a referral or arrangement has been made. Please contact us to discuss any concerns and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
